Refund Policy
All orders comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We stand behind every item we sell and if the item is faulty we will meet our obligations under this Act. It is important to note that we will not offer refunds if the purchaser has changed their mind but we are happy to exchange the item for one of the same value on return of the item in the same condition which it was sold.
Refunds may be given at the discretion of the company management.
